Anne Muiga

Anne Muigai is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Academic and Student Affairs  at the National Defence University-Kenya.  She is a Professor of Genetics and the current Chairperson of the African Biogenome Project, a pan-African Project that seeks to characterise 100,000 African species in 10 years. Anne Muigai holds a MSc in plant genetics as well as a PhD in Population Genetics and Molecular Biology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya.
